Business Development Lead (Enterprise-Narrative Intelligence)

Responsibilities

Fuel Growth: Own the top of the funnel:prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities with enterprise-level decision-makers
Master the Complex Sale: Build relationships with senior leaders in crisis comms and PR, understanding their challenges and positioning PeakMetrics’ AI-powered solutions as the answer
In-Person Events & Conferences: You’ll help drive attendance and represent PeakMetrics at key industry events and conferences that expand our market presence and generate new leads
Run Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute structured outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn with precision and creativity
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, growth, and product to align messaging, optimize campaigns, and shape the voice of PeakMetrics in the market
Manage Your Pipeline: Track activity and progress in the CRM, delivering clear, consistent reporting on leads, conversions, and pipeline health
Think Like an Owner: Share market insights and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy and product development

Qualification

Required

2–4 years of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally selling AI, analytics, or other complex enterprise products
Experience selling to enterprise communications, PR, or crisis management leaders
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads
Strong command of enterprise B2B sales strategies and value-based selling
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools, with a data-driven approach to outreach and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, confident, and engaging
Passion for AI, narrative intelligence, and the evolving landscape of information and reputation management
Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growth startup environment where priorities shift fast and impact is immediate
Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and client meetings
