New Grad, Entry LevelHuff Consulting, LLC is seeking a Floating Associate to assist in production and packaging operations. The role involves operating machinery, packaging products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Passionate about food safety and food
Prep trays and pans, portion ingredients, move racks of product, remove the product from pans, make boxes, pack product into boxes, tape cases, stack cases, and more
Participate in dish-washing duties (running dish machines, manually washing small wares, pans, etc.)
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines
Operate all equipment in a safe and timely manner (our process is primarily manual with machine-assistance)
Inspect products at all stages to ensure customer requirements are met
Participate in equipment and area cleaning in a safe and timely manner
Locate and retrieve raw materials and packaging
Pull/push racks of in-process and finished product
Participate in operator-based machine maintenance and care
Participate in training programs
Safely use and dispose of cleaning agents and chemicals
Qualification
Required
Basic math skills are required
Must be 18 or older
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work well with others in a team atmosphere
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, carry, pull, push, grasp, stoop, squat, bend and stretch as needed throughout the shift
Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings in English effectively
Must be able to withstand extreme heat or cold
Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks - primarily manual tasks - at a fast pace in a standing position for the entire shift
Must be willing to participate in all tasks needed to get the job done - including dish-washing and clean-up/sanitation
Preferred
Previous experience in a food-related environment is preferred
