Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and drive growth in target markets
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with system integrators, distributors, end-users, and strategic partners
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, using a consultative sales approach
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs
Present solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver value propositions tailored to each client
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the legal and finance teams
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging, generate demand, and provide market feedback
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for leadership
Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the security industry (CCTV, access control, video surveillance, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Deep understanding of the security technology ecosystem, including channels, integrators, and enterprise customers
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30-50%)
Bilingual (Chinese and English) required
