Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process
Proactively seek out new clients by thinking creatively and using innovative lead generation strategies
Accurately prepare and manage all contract documentation, including home purchase agreements and construction contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the homebuying and construction process, ensuring expectations are met
Stay informed about competitive offerings, community amenities, and market trends to effectively position Viera Builders homes
Serve as the on-site salesperson for the model home, ensuring it is properly staffed, open on time, and well-maintained along with all spec homes
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate Licenses Required
5+ years experience in Real Estate, preferably in new home sales
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for degrees in Business Management or Organizational Leadership, or related fields
