Responsibilities

Support the Customer Experience team with assigned projects and daily operations

Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights

Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail

Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems

Present project findings or outcomes to the business leaders at the end of the internship
