The Director of Business Intelligence will set the strategic vision for enterprise-wide BI initiatives and oversee a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation and informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based platforms
Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to identify data opportunities and deliver strategic insights
Drive data governance, quality, and standardization across all business units
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BI team, fostering innovation and accountability
Champion a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and self-service analytics
Serve as executive sponsor for BI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful delivery
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of BI initiatives on business performance
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new BI technologies to support evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in business intelligence or related field
Deep technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, including Power BI and SQL
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing data strategies
Ability to oversee a multidisciplinary BI team
Experience collaborating with executive leadership, IT, finance, and business units
Strategic thinking skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience in driving enterprise-wide adoption of BI tools and practices
Ability to define and lead enterprise BI strategy
Experience in data governance, quality, and standardization
Experience in managing vendor relationships and evaluating new BI technologies
