Mental Health Program Manager

Responsibilities

Implement directives from the Mental Health Director related to program operations, clinical productivity, treatment outcomes, and administrative procedures
Oversee daily operations of the mental health program, ensuring compliance with Riverside University Health System- BH (RUHS-BH) regulations and Medi-Cal guidelines
Monitor and ensure program adherence to all contractual obligations and agency policies
Serve as liaison between the mental health program and other internal departments or external agencies as needed
Participate in leadership and treatment team meetings as designated by the Mental Health Director
Provide direct oversight, guidance, and performance evaluation for assigned clinicians and staff
Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
Support clinicians in completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and submitting documentation in a timely and compliant manner
Review and approve clinical documentation and billing to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with and monitor the work of Clinical Supervisors and consultants involved in treatment delivery
Attend and contribute to clinical supervision meetings as directed
Ensure all clinical notes and documentation meet RUHS-BH and Medi-Cal standards
Provide training and ongoing support to clinical staff regarding documentation requirements and best practices
Work closely with the Mental Health QA Department to monitor and improve compliance with documentation timelines and quality standards
Interface with county and state agencies to maintain program alignment with public health standards and expectations
Represent the clinic in external meetings and collaborative initiatives as assigned

Required

LMFT or LCSW BBS registration number required

Record clearance free of criminal conviction
Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest
Must maintain eligibility to work under federal and/or state mental health funded programs
Must maintain valid California Driver's License and clean driving record in accordance with Olive Crest's auto insurance policy
