Responsible for the timely review of the plan of care and OASIS time points to the electronic medical record to ensure accuracy of OASIS items, documentation, and utilization for quality and outcome management through clinician collaboration and implementation of best clinical practices
Responsible for identifying opportunities for improved OASIS accuracy and reporting these to clinical managers and clinicians
Qualification
Required
Three years Home Health experienced as RN, PT, ST, OT
Ability to obtain HCS-D coding and OASIS certifications within one year of hire
Preferred
Current COS-C certification and HCS-D Coding certification preferred
Detailed knowledge of PDGM and ICD 10 coding specifications
