Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in relevant tools
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
Preferred
Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies
