Daily Cash Receipt Posting and Reporting
Expense Report Review
GL Account Reconciliations
New Vendor Registrations
Maintain Company Vehicles Information and Reporting
File Maintenance
Research and respond to internal and external client inquiries
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Understands, follows, and enforces Huitt-Zollars' business process
Productively collaborates with others and leads or encourages teams to achieve success and camaraderie amongst each other
Understands and follows HZ QMS and Quality initiatives. Ensures quality control measures are being adhered to on projects and daily operations
Understands duties and responsibilities, possesses necessary job knowledge and technical skills, maintains job knowledge current
Assist with appropriate administrative and project support tasks supporting the needs of the project team and office
Complete assignments on-time, within budget, and with highest level of quality
Routinely proposes and produces more effective ways to accomplish assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
Minimum 2-3 year of previous experience
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent time management skills; must prioritize tasks and meet very specific deadlines
Strong people skills
Solid understanding of accounting processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
Proven ability to complete detailed assignments accurately
Exhibits professional written and oral communication skills
A motivated self-starter, ambitious, dependable, and reliable
Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
Preferred
Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint a plus
