Design, develop, and implement advanced solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains
Provide Production support services
Experience of working in Onsite|Offshore model
Ability to identify Automation opportunities and implement
Able to provide best practice for Support processes
Able to take transition from incumbent vendor
Able to document technical architecture and Integration
Knowledge on Java Tech stack
Able to plan different Maintenance-Adaptive, Perfective, Corrective & Preventative
Able to drive solution on System Restoration calls and co-ordinate with different teams
Qualification
Required
At least 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java/MS development
Prior experience of working as onsite lead for application development and support
Experience of REST/SOAP API development
Hands Experience of AWS Cloud services (S3 bucket, EKS Cluster, Event bridge , SQS , IAM role ,AWS Serverless architecture etc ) is a must
Hands Experience in AWS Cloud Formation templates
Strong experience in SQL scripting
Experience of working in Onsite| Offshore model
Experience in Python
Design, build, and manage pipeline for software builds, and deployments
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
