Required

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Minimum of three- five years supervisory experience in a medical setting; hospital, surgery center; physician's office

Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer automated accounting systems

Experience working with all types of third -party payers. (HMO, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid, insurance plans, etc.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative
