They are seeking a Senior Consultant to manage projects and foster client relationships across various practice areas, including Water Resources and Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

Identify and attract business development opportunities within practice; identify key clients / business areas, growth strategy, and capture strategy

Foster client relationships and manage projects within the practice

Partner with marketing and others to develop GEI “branding” within practice

Enhance the professional development and skill set of staff within the practice and be a resource to them

Strive to make GEI a thought leader in the practice

Monitor and predict emerging trends within practice and their potential impacts on client, staffing, training, and business needs

Actively participate in professional, industry, and policy groups within practice

Encourage professional publications by staff within practice

Instill health and safety (H&S) culture and ensures H&S programs are followed

Required

Successful Seller-Doer with strong client relationships and business development capability

Willing and able to travel between branch offices on a consistent basis
