Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution, ensuring alignment with contract objectives, scope, schedule, and budget

Manage program resources, including personnel, subcontractors, and materials, to achieve performance and delivery milestones

Develop, maintain, and oversee the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Gantt charts to track progress and dependencies

Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and schedule requirements

Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports

Drive proactive issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement across all program areas

Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements, including SSC and DoD standards
