Responsibilities

Independently track request for quotes (RFQ), collect information and follow through estimate delivery to customer

Update Service Fusion Administrator (Field Service Administrative Tool) with estimate status through order entry. Receive and review customer purchase orders, validate against customer proposal and enter financial and executable tasks

Update EPICOR (ERP System) with order details including pricing and delivery status

Travel and Expense Tracking and Administration (Ramp) Independently track, organize and record travel related expenses

Invoice and Purchase Order Tracking and Administration –

Warranty Cost and Labor Tracking – Independently review warranty and field quality projects, collect organize and report warranty labor, material and related expenses

Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Required

Candidate must possess a two-year (Associates) degree in administration from an accredited institution and one to two years of experience in a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel with overnight stays

Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must comply with all company policies

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
