Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team to deliver therapy in skilled nursing facility
Oversee operations of the rehabilitation department
Administer company and facility-specific policies and procedures
Manage scheduling
Complete staff performance evaluations
Complete necessary paperwork/reports
Report weekly to your Area Manager
Present in-service education to the facility team

Qualification

Licensed OTR/COTA/PTA/DPT/SLPExperience in SNF environmentLeadership skillsOrganizational skillsEmpathetic communication

Required

Experience in the SNF environment
Licensed OTR, COTA, PTA, DPT, or SLP
Understanding of both short term rehab and long term care programming
Knowledge of how quality measures are affected by appropriate therapy delivery
Capability of building and sustaining the caseload
Ability to collaborate with the facility team in creative ways
Willingness to attend facility meetings and collaborate non-stop
Kind, fun mentor, coach, and teacher
Organizational skills and ability to lead a team
Empathetic and savvy communicator
