Responsibilities

Provide regular updates to clients and maintain accurate case documentation
Draft and proofread pleadings and legal correspondence under attorney supervision
Prepare and track discovery requests, subpoenas, and related deadlines
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting materials
Schedule hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related events
Assist in gathering and reviewing records, evidence, and case materials
Support case preparation for depositions, mediations, and trial
Perform general administrative tasks such as calendar management and coordination with clients or third parties

Qualification

Personal injury experienceLegal practice management softwareWritten communicationVerbal communicationOrganizational abilities

Required

1+ year of experience in personal injury or litigation within a legal environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with legal practice management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar platforms)
