The Manager will support program clients in obtaining training and certifications while coordinating skills programs and apprenticeships for individuals and businesses.

Supporting program clients in obtaining training, industry-recognized certifications, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities, and academic degrees that best align with their career goals
Planning, coordinating, and implementing skills programs, apprenticeships, and pre apprenticeships for individuals and businesses
Working directly with people and businesses developing customized, in demand training opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
Success and experience working in a high-performance, collaborative peer group environment; possess strong program management skills and the ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects is required
Must possess excellent verbal and written skills as well as the ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
Candidate is required to be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and use of audiovisual equipment
Candidates must have the ability to travel
Preferred
Independent, results-focused, highly organized self-starter with supervisory skills is preferred
Experience with federal grants and Salesforce, MS Access or another database system is a plus
Demonstrated effectiveness as a leader, 3 years of experience in a team management role is preferred
Sophisticated Personal Networking And Relationship Building Skills Is Preferred
