They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Implementation Coordinator to assist in the onboarding and rollout of their FASTER fleet management application, supporting Implementation Consultants and Project Managers in various project activities.

Responsibilities

Assist Implementation Consultants in gathering client requirements and preparing documentation

Support the setup and configuration of the FASTER application under guidance

Help prepare training materials and assist in end-user training sessions

Track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates using internal tools

Coordinate meetings, schedule tasks, and maintain project checklists

Communicate basic technical information to clients and relay more complex issues to the appropriate team members

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project execution

Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field

Internship experience or 0–2 years of professional experience in a technical support, project coordination, or customer service role

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing, technology-focused role

Preferred

Basic familiarity with Excel, project tracking tools, or CRM platforms is a plus
