Subcontract/Billing Administrator
HSCC, Inc. is a well-established Structural Concrete construction company seeking a Subcontract/Billing Administrator. The primary responsibilities of this role include generating client invoices, maintaining billing records, managing subcontractor billings, and assisting the Payroll Administrator as needed.

Responsibilities
Billing: Requires the ability to timely prepare and submit our progress and retention billings as well as managing our subcontractor’s billings. This person will update contracts and SOV’s and will ensure all transactions are processed accurately. In depth knowledge of conditional and unconditional waiver release forms is mandatory
Contracts/Subcontracts: Responsible for preparing and managing contract and subcontract documents. This person will be coordinating with our Project Managers and Management to make sure all project-related documents are submitted accurately and on time. Must be proficient in reading and creating spreadsheets to track project related documents. Maintains and tracks the project files to ensure document control throughout the cycle of the project
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Subcontract/Billing Administration
Ability to work in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Adobe and excel required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Knowledge of construction project billing
