Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment
Accurately measure material for efficiency
Maintain quality and housekeeping
Ensure production levels are meet daily
Comply with all safety requirements
Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 18 years of age
If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required
Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment
Safe and efficient operation of the lamination machine
Accountable for ensuring correct materials are used and proper recording of waste
Monitors the quality of insulation product as it runs through the machine and makes adjustments and corrections as necessary
Partners with team of Laminators to ensure production levels are met
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or GED required
Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks
Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed
Preferred
Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment
Basic computer skills
