Responsibilities

Serve as a high-impact connector between HQA and internal line-of-business (LOB) and Market leaders across Medicare, Medi-Cal, Promise, and Commercial markets

Lead strategic integration of clinical and network programs into enterprise priorities

Translate innovation into scalable solutions that deliver measurable value

Influence enterprise strategy, resource allocation, and health outcomes across Blue Shield’s diverse membership

Ensure that HQA strategies are market-informed, customer-focused, and aligned with enterprise goals

Foster early engagement, shared problem solving, and transparent communication to create conditions for stronger partnerships and impactful outcomes

Elevate visibility, clarify priorities, and build trust across teams to ensure clinical and network programs are well-designed and successfully delivered
