Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate complex agreements including MSAs, BAAs, DPAs, and other contracts common in Internet based services
Partner with cross functional stakeholders and seek out cross functional expertise on novel issues
Provide direct support for enterprise grade sales
Create, update and manage new playbooks as necessary
Partner with revenue recognition, security, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal Cloudflare policies and processes
Qualification
Required
JD degree with strong academic credentials
Firm experience in a Technology Transactions group
Admitted to practice law and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state in which the position is located
10+ years relevant experience
Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements common to Internet based companies
In depth experience counseling on strategic program initiatives
Good strategic, business sense, and demonstrated negotiation skills with respect to legal issues
Detail oriented and technically-adept, preferably with experience at a SaaS or Cloud company
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters
The ability to work in a team, with lawyers and non-lawyers, to establish scalable solutions efficiently and in an amenable manner

Experience using systems such Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad and JIRA
