Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop teams of software engineers and automation specialists of up to 10 people
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and automation programs
Lead automation initiatives (RPA, BPM) that reduce manual workloads and enhance process reliability in areas of business operation
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements, while minimizing downtime
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or process automation
5+ years within a healthcare or insurance organization
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing technology teams
Advanced proficiency in .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC) and related technologies
Hands-on expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation
Strong knowledge with automation platforms and technologies such as RPA and BPM
Python or scripting languages used for automation
Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful services
Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, CMS, and state insurance compliance standards
Experience integrating software solutions with core insurance administration systems
Proficiency with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Exposure to cloud security and compliance
