Responsibilities

Manage the company’s tax function, including federal and state income tax compliance and reporting
Lead preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions for public company filings
Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal and state income tax returns
Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support tax-related matters
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization

CPA required
