As a New Business Strategy Associate, you will play a vital role in identifying and scaling new business opportunities, collaborating across teams to design and implement strategies that drive growth and operational success.

Responsibilities

Define new revenue and line of business opportunities AirOps can win across industry segments, partner types, customer use-cases
Evaluate opportunity size, unit economics, margin levers, growth trajectories and risks
Collaborate with Product, GTM, Partnerships & Ops teams to design and launch new programs: define target customer, value-proposition, onboarding flows, KPIs, go-to-market approach
Set up and own dashboards and weekly/monthly metrics to track initiatives
Design and run experiments across operational workflows, pricing and packaging tests, onboarding & activation improvements, partner enablement
Work across technical and non-technical teams (engineers, data, design, partnerships, marketing) translating strategy into execution
Dive deep into detail (the “1-foot” view) while keeping sight of long-term vision (the “10,000-foot” view)
Drive outcomes from go-to-market planning to operational delivery and sales execution
Use AirOps internally (“drinking our own champagne”) to streamline work, spark creative solutions, and model how customers can extract maximum value from the product

Required

3-5 years full-time experience, could include consulting/strategy, operations, product strategy, growth/analytics at a tech or high-growth company
Strong analytical chops: comfort building and manipulating models, deriving insights from data, making recommendations
Operationally comfortable: you're willing to get into the details of workflows, process design, hand-off cadence, measurement, tooling
Entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively seek opportunities, act with bias for action, build from the ground up rather than following fully-baked instructions
Cross-functional collaborator: you can influence and coordinate across teams (product, marketing, partnerships, data) without formal authority
Strategic + tactical: you can think over the horizon (vision, market sizing, strategy) and also dive into the execution (playbooks, metrics tracking, detail)
Comfortable with ambiguity and change: you've thrived in fast-moving environments, are resourceful, and don't wait for perfect information to move forward
