Senior Solution Sales Specialist

VIDIZMO.AI is a USA-based technology company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, focusing on AI innovation. They are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Specialist to manage sales teams, establish training programs, and drive revenue growth across their AI-powered data intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

Manage sales team, partnerships, and all sales channels
Establish programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel
Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sales price & discounts
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Develop plans to ensure revenue growth across all products
Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures
Assist sales personnel in building relationships with top-level decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategies to improve market share and profitability
Educate the sales team through programs on account growth, emerging products, multi-product sales, profitability, presentation strategies, competitive strategies, and expense management
Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade shows
Manage RFP/RFI/Tender processes from purchase to delivery and payment
Develop monthly sales plans, visit plans, cost sheets, and market intelligence reports
Provide clear sales requirements to other departments for maximum productivity
Carry out market surveys and pricing analysis when required
Identify new segments and leads for business development
Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with other departments for optimal customer satisfaction
Document processes and maintain records as per company policies

Required

Bachelor Degree in Business, CS/ IT, Engineering or related field
Selling SAAS based IT Solutions/ Products
Strong English communication, verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Team player with collaboration skills
3-5 years of Experience in Managing Sales Team and Continuously Meeting Targets
Authorized to Work Legally
