Solutions Sales Executive - Unified Communications

They are seeking a Solutions Sales Executive for their Unified Communications Division to meet revenue targets, craft customer solutions, and manage sales activities while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within assigned territory
Work with KMBS 3rd party providers & LOB owners in crafting customer solutions & presentations
Maintain, and manage, individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System
Meets on an ongoing basis with National Sales Manager - UC, Branch Sales Managers and other cross functional groups to review Unified Communications Pipeline, forecast, and opportunities
Works directly with Direct Sales organization, Regional Director and Engagement Team members to promote Solutions and Professional Services offerings, driven by Key Performance Indicators and Konica Minolta defined processes
Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized solutions to fit a client’s requirements
Participate in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team
Lead and/or assist direct sales organizations with assessment activity for any areas of a client’s business required to assist in the crafting of a solution to address business requirements
Engage Pre-Sales support team to assist in creating and/or developing Scope of Work (SOW) preparation and implementation projects where appropriate
Maintain education training standards and certifications levels in line with job requirements and advancement development plans
Required to participate in the building of a knowledge base of competitive information to share with all Konica Minolta teammates as a result of interacting with prospects and customers
Learning and demonstrating the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions for clients
Design and Develop Solutions: Create unified communication solutions that meet the organization's needs, ensuring seamless integration of various communication platforms
Enhance Collaboration: Improve collaboration and communication within the organization by implementing efficient and user-friendly communication tools
Optimize Performance: Ensure the communication systems are reliable, scalable, and perform optimally to support the organization's operations
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to protect sensitive communication data
Cost Efficiency: Develop cost-effective solutions that maximize the return on investment in communication technologies. Develop professional services proposals

Required

Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
3-5 years relevant Software Solutions, Unified Communications Solutions, IT infrastructure or Managed IT Services sales experience
Strong working knowledge of industry hardware, IT services and Software solutions offerings
Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas
Record of time management and organizational discipline
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology
Working knowledge of project management processes
Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with the M365 Suite
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time in support of travel or customer meetings/presentations
Valid driver's license and access to reliable and presentable transportation
Strong Work Ethic
