Director of Sales

Responsibilities
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize team and individual performance at scale
Generate executive-level reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
Leverage AI and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Partner to design automated KPI dashboards for real-time performance visibility
Partner with RevOps to optimize CRM utilization and drive data integrity
Pioneer AI-powered sales tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Transform and scale the inside sales team while maintaining performance excellence
Architect innovative sales strategies to achieve YoY revenue growth and market expansion objectives
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time and drive productivity
Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven coaching and development
Set clear performance goals and implement high-impact feedback systems
Conduct performance reviews and drive strategic improvement initiatives
Lead weekly 1:1s, monthly team reviews, and quarterly performance calibrations
Champion accountability and ownership across all levels of the organization
Partner with senior leadership to align sales transformation with company vision
Drive strategic collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
Create feedback loops to accelerate continuous improvement and innovation
Partner with marketing on next-generation lead generation strategies
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including new product launches and digital transformation projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years successfully leading and scaling inside sales teams
Proven track record of achieving 30%+ YoY revenue growth
Experience scaling teams from 10 to 25+ sales professionals
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with consistent 125%+ quota achievement
Experience with sales transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau/PowerBI)
Expertise in AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms
Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft)
Ability to build complex forecasting models and predictive analytics dashboards
Preferred
Experience in real estate lending or mortgage industry
Knowledge of private lending or investment property financing
Track record of successful market expansion initiatives
Experience building hybrid or distributed sales teams
Expertise in sales operations and revenue optimization
