Responsibilities
Use reservation platform to track guest arrivals and departures
Actively greet and seat guests and communicate their status to floor team
Answer all phone calls, emails, and event inquiries
Assist in opening and end of day close out as necessary
Qualification
Required
Ability to adapt to a variety of guest service needs
Ability to communicate in written English
Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification and pass RBS training
21+ years of age or older
Must be able to stand for 8 - 10 hours
Preferred
Experience in beverage or hospitality industry preferred
Experience using Yelp Guest Manager a plus
