The Staff Accountant will manage business transactions, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate financial records, supporting the Finance team's operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations per the assigned deadlines, ensuring that any reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis
Prepare and post journal entry transactions including gathering and compiling appropriate supporting documentation
Analyze assigned GL Account, provide commentary for activity, transactions and interworkings
Support GL Team in day-to day and month-end closing processes
Maintain a great working relationship with all business partners
Qualification
Required
1 year or less of relevant and related work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, Floqast or Coupa a plus
