Responsibilities
Partner directly with business and operations teams to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation
Design and deploy scalable, data-driven systems that replace manual or legacy processes
Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through rollout and adoption
Build intuitive tools and applications using modern languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design, development, and deployment
Collaborate with IT and enterprise technology teams to transition prototypes into production systems
Support adoption through clear documentation, training sessions, and operational guidance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or business-facing technical role
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end
Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript
Experience with full-stack development and modern frameworks
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with both engineers and business stakeholders
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings focused on measurable impact
Preferred
Prior experience in consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or transformation-focused roles
Exposure to analytics platforms, enterprise systems, or operations technology
Background in industrial engineering, data science, or operations research
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Willingness to travel 10–25% (typically Monday–Thursday trips, no weekends)
