Responsibilities
You have at least 5+ years of design and art direction experience with an expert ability to develop innovative creative work across high volume digital campaign events
You understand how best to translate corporate style guides and customize them for the campaign at hand
You are well-versed in graphic design, branding, photography, and art direction as it pertains to print, digital, and motion
You possess excellent design and conceptual skills accompanied by the ability to guide and evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development
You are naturally curious and passionate about design--with a deep awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends
You are a motivated and driven art director that collaborates well with a team to find simple solutions to complex problems
You're a strong communicator with great presentation skills that is able to articulate ideas in a clear manner, engage in healthy debate, and accept directional feedback. Must be able to communicate effectively both up and down a creative organization
You have in depth knowledge of the end-to-end process of campaign development, including effectively staffing projects, providing timely and helpful feedback to improve the work
Qualification
Required
5+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS
Experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
Experience using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
