They are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative 2 to manage sales processes, conduct inspections, and guide clients through insurance claims while ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally
Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters
Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation
Execute trained sales processes effectively
Collaborate with property owners and insurance adjusters to create, negotiate, and finalize insurance claim projects
Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred
Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field is preferred
Sales Experience: Preferred
Door-to-door Sales Experience: Preferred
