Rochester Brand Ambassador/Sales- Independent Contractor
Green Revolution is a leader in cannabis wellness edibles, and they are seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent their products in dispensaries throughout Western and Central New York. The role involves coordinating vendor days, educating dispensary staff, engaging consumers, and driving sales through relationship-building and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities
Organize and lead vendor days across your assigned territory (Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, and surrounding areas)
Provide training to dispensary staff on product knowledge, cannabinoids, and brand values
Build strong relationships with store managers and budtenders to drive sales and reorder activity
Engage directly with consumers to enhance brand awareness and loyalty
Support sales growth through in-store advocacy, promotional strategy, and education
Report feedback, insights, and opportunities to the sales and marketing teams
Qualification
Required
Strong passion and knowledge about the cannabis industry and products
Exceptional communication and people skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous
Ability to effectively engage and educate diverse groups of people
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations. A car is mandatory for the position in this location
Applicants must be 21 years or older and adhere to all state cannabis regulations
Willingness to attend second shifts, typically 4 PM - 9 PM
Commitment to a minimum of six vendor days per month
Preferred
Previous budtender or cannabis industry experience
Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to educate, influence, and motivate retail staff
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca, Binghampton
Benefits
$50 bonus is awarded for every 3 vendor days completed within a month. (can be stacked....example: 9 vendor days in a month would be a $150 bonus)
A commission model that let's you own your territory
Travel Reimbursement: $0.67 cents per mile driven on vendor and or training days only.
