Responsibilities

Own Strategic Projects: Scope, structure, and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability

Analyze, Model & Report: Build financial, operational, and workforce models, design dashboards to track KPIs, and generate insights to guide decisions

Drive Product Improvement: Translate on-the-ground insights into product requirements; operationalize new features and workflows

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research to inform go-to-market, expansion, and product strategy

Required
