Account Executive - Financials
OneSource Virtual (OSV) is a leading provider of Workday services, specializing in HR, finance, and accounting solutions. The Account Executive - Financials is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding OSV's Invoice Pay and accounts payable solutions within the Workday ecosystem through consultative sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships for Invoice Pay and accounts payable services
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client pain points in invoice processing and AP workflows
Present OSV's Invoice Pay solutions and demonstrate ROI to C-suite executives, finance leaders, and procurement teams
Develop and execute account strategies to close new business and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in collaboration with leadership and legal teams
Build trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, webinars, and events targeting the Workday user community
Maintain deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and broader ERP/finance technology landscape
Coordinate seamless handoffs to implementation and account management teams post-sale
Represent OSV at industry conferences, Workday events, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably finance/accounting solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
Experience selling to finance, accounting, or procurement organizations
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice processing, and payment workflows
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and sales productivity tools
Preferred
Experience selling Workday solutions or services
Knowledge of the Workday Financials ecosystem and partner community
Existing network of Workday customers or finance transformation contacts
Background in accounts payable, finance operations, or shared services
Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
