Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks (LAN/WAN), desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
Monitor systems and security controls, applying updates, patches, and backup procedures to maintain data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across enterprise environments, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for resolution
Implement and enforce information security policies, manage user access, and respond to potential threats or incidents
Support system integrations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Provide onsite technical support for IT infrastructure, telehealth equipment, and user devices in alignment with IT Service Level Expectations
Qualification
