Required

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience

Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on sell-side M&A

Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modeling

Excellent business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations

Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders

Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
