Responsibilities

Develop Pricing and Promotional Strategies: Create programs that drive growth with dealers, distributors, and resellers, maximizing the value of customer-driven initiatives like rebates and volume discounts
Lead New Product Development: Oversee the Stage Gate Process from concept to launch, driving top-line growth by expanding the product portfolio. Offer insights on industry trends and competitors and coordinate company-wide efforts for successful product launches
Optimize Product Portfolios: Manage pricing and product offerings to enhance margins, including feature adjustments and cost-reduction opportunities through manufacturing and engineering processes
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position our portfolios effectively. Develop and execute short- and long-term product plans
Deliver Results: Meet or exceed revenue and gross margin goals to drive business growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
3+ years of successful product, marketing, or project management experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite), especially Excel for analysis

Preferred

Experience in B2B product marketing and project management, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks, adapting to new tools, and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership ability to energize and build rapport across all levels of an organization
Confident presenter with composure in high-pressure situations and the ability to manage competing priorities
Flexible self-starter with a passion for industrial products and a results-oriented mindset
Proficient in data analysis, particularly using Excel, to identify opportunities and inform decisions
