Responsibilities
Lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development
Encourage creativity in hiring great associates, in marketing HoneyBaked and in community outreach
Participate in a multi-week training program with experienced trainers
Make decisions that affect the P&L and execute a business plan
Increase sales and build relationships in the community
Identify and develop awesome talent
Qualification
Required
Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
Ability to show growth in previous roles
Proficient in understanding what affects the P&L
Ability to execute a business plan
Commitment to product quality
Strong desire to increase sales
Ability to build relationships in the community
Great coaching skills
Ability to identify and develop talent
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies up to 65 lbs
Ability to work with a hot torch
