Responsible for a variety of drafting field survey and related datum in Civil 3D
Work closely with the Principal Land Surveyor responsible
Work produced by L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. includes simple & complex boundaries, land title surveys (ALTA), topographic mapping, least squares, adjustments, monitoring, forensic, GPS, Elevation Certificates, map preparation, legal descriptions, and construction staking
Qualification
Required
Must be able to manage multiple projects in various stages of development
Will be operating one of our company vehicles and must have a clean driving record as reported by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State in which the applicant's driver's license is issued
Must be proficient and demonstrate skill in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Must be proficient and demonstrate skill in Written and Verbal Communication
Must be proficient and demonstrate skill in MS Office Suite
