Responsibilities
Stand up new services that improve the safety, reliability, and accuracy of our access control systems
Examine, improve, and challenge the existing modalities of how we manage ACS today
Collaborate with team members to bounce ideas off each other and see delivery of value to customers from start to finish
Design MVPs with strong technical foundations, and iterate on them with product feedback
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience or coding experience
BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
Created and supported APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP, GraphQL)
Typescript or Kotlin development experience in writing, maintaining, and debugging code in a production environment
Domain knowledge such as message queues, sharding, auto scaling, and access patterns
Strong technical foundations for patterns and anti-patterns in software engineering
