Paychex is a leading provider of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions for American businesses. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting clients, managing the sales cycle, and effectively closing deals to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound warm calls and activities with existing and new clients to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline

Follow up on partnership referrals and strategizing account targeting, to ensure a continuous flow of potential clients ready for the sales process

Conduct client meetings to analyze needs and develop targeted sales presentations and demos that address specific client requirements

Address objections by clarifying concerns and reinforcing solution benefits, utilizing closing techniques to secure commitments and finalize agreements

Inputting and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the crm system to manage the sales pipeline effectively

Maintain a proactive prospecting cadence and follow up consistently to nurture and expand the sales pipeline

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure accountability for meeting individual KPIs

Projecting a positive image in representing Paychex to clients and the community

Continually sharpen technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent the inside sales organization

May be required to travel for purposes of attending conference, training sessions and/or area regional or national meetings
