Responsibilities

Identify problems and deliver solutions, guiding designs from conception to execution

Work closely with our researcher to plan, execute, and analyze studies, and to share findings with key stakeholders

Partner with data engineers on formative and summative evaluations throughout the design lifecycle

Manage a high volume of projects to keep pace with shifting release schedules and business priorities

Drive business impact through user-centered design, aligning decisions with project objectives and establishing outcomes

Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for working with cultural institutions and their visitors to expand access to arts and culture

Qualification

UX/Product DesignUser ResearchDesign Prototyping ToolsHCI DegreeCommunication SkillsCollaboration Skills

Required

5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and design impact

Strong skills and demonstrated experience in user research

Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field

Flexibility to travel for onsite research

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
