They are seeking an Installation Technician to join their skilled, customer-focused team to install high-quality stone and solid surface countertops on-site while ensuring exceptional service and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Install stone and solid surface countertops safely, efficiently, and accurately on customer job sites
Remove existing countertops and plumbing when required while keeping the workspace clean and organized
Respond to customer questions or concerns on-site, escalating to the office if needed
Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain focus on completing jobs 100% the day of install
Communicate clearly with customers and the assigned Customer Service Representative throughout the job
Follow assigned schedules and notify customers if running early or behind
Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and tools to Granite Concepts’ standards for cleanliness and organization
Support inventory tracking and preparation for upcoming installs
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a professional attitude in every interaction
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Valid driver's license
Basic measuring and math skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to lift, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel within a 150-mile radius (occasional overnight stays)
Commitment to safety, respect, and maintaining a positive workplace
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug test, and physical exam
