Empeople Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master who will play a crucial role in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. This position involves managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring that they align with the credit union's strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans

Manage and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Monitor and report on project status, milestones to stakeholders at all levels

Coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, vendors, and internal partners

Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation as needed

Consults with leadership and key stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements

Escalates project issues and roadblocks to management for resolution as appropriate

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key third-party vendors as stakeholders in project completion

Facilitate post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future projects

Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile Scrum teams to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and communication

Develops and improves Agile processes, prioritizes development and improvements, and works alongside key stakeholders to implement

Guides and coaches the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers

Credit Union policies and procedures and products and services offered by the Credit Union

Financial Services digital delivery systems and channels with strong member/customer service experience

Waterfall Project management methodology
