Westinghouse Electric Co is a leader in providing clean energy solutions and is seeking a Quality Engineering intern for the summer of 2026. In this role, you will apply engineering and Lean principles to support continuous improvement projects while collaborating with various teams to analyze data and implement changes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and integrate improvement projects which encompass departments using Lean and Continuous Improvement Tools and Methodologies

Work with Principal Quality Engineers to monitor and document progress and implement changes

Collaborate with departmental teams to gather data

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share insights, and contribute to problem-solving discussions

Support special projects related to continuous improvement and data analysis as assigned by the Quality Manager

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline

Knowledge of quality assurance principles

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Complete sophomore year of college
