This role will partner with technology teams and business units to identify and enable high-impact GenAI opportunities, guiding the innovation pipeline from experimentation through to scaled solutions.

Responsibilities
Work closely with business units to map end-to-end processes and to identify high-value opportunities for GenAI enablement
Lead the design and facilitation of experiments and pilots, creating and trialing new AI-enabled experiences and ways of working, and managing the incubation and scalable implementation of innovative solutions
Accelerate and shape GenAI adoption by monitoring drivers and barriers, training users, and championing best practices to achieve real business impact
Apply strong commercial acumen and a human-centered design approach, embedding GenAI solutions that deliver outcomes at pace, while driving consistency in innovation approaches across business units
Collaborate with key stakeholders—including technical teams and business unit leaders—to ensure alignment and support
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required along with at least ten years of relevant experience, with an accomplished track record in service design, innovation management, transformation, or related consulting roles
Demonstrated, hands-on experience applying GenAI in professional settings is required
Expertise in mixed-method user research, process mapping, commercial strategy, and user-centered design methods, with the ability to reimagine and improve business processes
Proven ability to guide experimentation, facilitate adoption, and manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline from pilot to scaled implementation
Experience effectively driving change together with highly technical teams and stakeholders
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Keen ability to communicate ideas and solutions across formats (verbal, visual, simple prototypes, and so on); clear written communication is a must
