Drive growth and build lasting partnerships in Dealer Finance
Focus on expanding the Dealer Finance portfolio
Work closely with brokers and major partners to attract new business and nurture existing relationships
Deliver outstanding service and develop strategies with the National Manager Partner Relationships
Achieve sales targets and ensure partners receive the best support
Manage risk and ensure compliance
Help business partners stay up to date with policy and training
Qualification
Required
Experience in business banking
Knowledge of credit submissions and business loan applications
Negotiation skills with customers
Confidence in cross-selling banking products
Solid understanding of the commercial market and competitor offerings
Ability to analyse complex financial statements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Ability to build strong referral networks
Tech-savvy and familiar with MS Office
Analytical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
Preferred
A degree in a business-related discipline
